When you start to know someone, all their physical characteristics start to disappear. You begin to dwell in their energy, recognize the scent of their skin. You see only the essence of the person, not the shell. That’s why you can’t fall in love with beauty. You can lust after it, be infatuated by it, want to own it. You can love it with your eyes and your body but not your heart. And that’s why, when you really connect with a person’s inner self,any physical imperfections disappear, become irrelevan

No one who is divided within himself will survive the times ahead. They are times of integration and wholeness.
The life of the body is the “I”. When your “I” is single it id “I” who am present. But when your “I” is fragmented, then your body begins to die. Take heed then, and identify with the life of the body, and not with the matter of Earth. When your “I” is single, your body will be full of life and no part of it will know disease or death.
When you fragment your identity, you cut off parts of your body from my nurture. This is the cause of disease
Do not give all your attention away to the mind and the external world. By all means focus on what you are doing, but feel the inner body at the same time whenever possible. Stay rooted within. Then observe how this changes your state of consciousness and the quality of what you are doing.
Whenever you are waiting, wherever it may be, use that time to feel the inner body. In this way, traffic jams and lines become very enjoyable. Instead of mentally projecting yourself away from the Now, go more deeply into the Now by going more deeply into the body.
The art of inner-body awareness will develop into a completely new way of living, a state of permanent connectedness with Being, and will add a depth to your life that you have never known before.

Everything you’ll ever need to know is within you; the secrets of the universe are imprinted on the cells of your body. But you haven’t learned how to read the wisdom of the body. So you can only read books and listen to experts and hope they are right.
Under the pale light of the moon, I can tell great things are coming soon, our paths crossed to bring beauty out of ruin of what we’ve been through.This can’t all be coincidence or accidental when the vibe started with the mental.

Opening up and confrontation is never easy. That was a much needed conversation and I’m very glad we had it. The beauty of it is that she’s very mature and honest about everything. I’m happy that we can both move forward on a positive note. We share similar spiritual traits and that’s why I see myself in her at the end of the day. Sitting here and taking it all in, I feel refreshed. Now I understand that she is true to herself. I appreciate her as well
